These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EchoFlow("Service") operated by your company legal name ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
EchoFlow is a multi-tenant CRM platform. Each customer workspace receives an isolated database. We provide the software; you are responsible for the data you store and how your team uses it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with other customers' workspaces.
4. Fees
Paid plans, if any, are billed according to the plan selected or agreed with us separately. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your workspace.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
